This is our Family. This is our Legacy.

Meet Adam

I've always been a dreamer. Even when I was young, I felt like there was more to life than just going through the motions — I wanted to be used for something bigger, and to spread hope wherever I could.

My parents taught me a strong work ethic, but it wasn't until I met a coach and mentor — while I was waiting tables in my early 20s — that everything started to shift for me. The lesson stuck: if you keep thinking the way you've always thought, you'll keep getting what you've always gotten. It started with mindset, and it grew into a relentless work ethic aimed at creating something different.

I never thought leaving the traditional path was even an option — until I saw other people do exactly that. That gave me permission to believe it could be me too. So Kristen and I took our evenings, our "nonproductive hours," and started building something of our own.

I'm endlessly thankful for the people who took the time to invest in me along the way — I think that's the most valuable gift anyone can give someone else. Now, my focus is on doing the same for others: helping fellow dreamers, especially young couples who've quietly wondered "is this it?," find the courage to build a life that's actually true to themselves.

Meet Kristen

Adam and I started this together young — I was barely out of high school, still in college, still figuring out what I actually wanted. Adam always says he was the dreamer of the two of us. I was the realist. If someone brought me a big idea, I could usually list every reason it wouldn't work before they finished the pitch.

So when we were first introduced to our coaches and mentors, I was skeptical — genuinely. But the more time I spent around them, the more I noticed something I hadn't seen offered anywhere else: peace. I was never money-motivated. I never chased the next big thing just because it made the most money. What actually drew me in was watching Brent and Brenda — the coaches who first got through to us — and the life they'd built with their own teenage kids at the time. They had a strong marriage. A genuinely peaceful home. A kind of family life I hadn't seen up close before. I remember thinking: if that's actually available to me, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get there.

For me, that meant a lot of personal growth — and I was grateful I didn't have to figure it out on my own. I didn't have to scroll YouTube trying to piece together advice from strangers who didn't know a single thing about my life. I had people speaking into me who actually understood my circumstances, and who could help me grow in the exact areas I needed to grow in — not just for business, but for anything.

Honestly, that personal growth alone was enough to make me start believing there might be more out there — that maybe there were dreams and goals we hadn't been able to reach on our own, but could reach with the right people around us. And over time, we did start reaching some of them. But what excites me most, even now, isn't anything we've gained. It's watching someone else walk through that same process — someone gets connected with us, a dream gets reignited in them, and then through their own hard work and consistency, they actually get to walk into it. That's never been because of us. We just got to be the people who connected them to the opportunity, and that has been the biggest blessing of this whole thing.

Today, our life looks different than either of us imagined at nineteen — three kids, and the ability to build our days around what actually matters to us. We get to choose how we spend our time and who we spend it with. It's not a stress-free life. But it's a stress I chose, built around a calendar that's actually mine — and I wouldn't trade that for anything.

HOW WE LEAD

People-First

Everything starts with people. We take the time to understand where someone's at and walk alongside them — because growth happens in relationship, not in a program.

Built to Last

We're not interested in quick wins. We invest in relationships for the long haul, and we love watching people grow over years, not weeks

Steady Not Rigid

We bring structure where people need direction, and flexibility where they need room to grow into their own path. No two people we work with need exactly the same thing.
